This is a really really nice tent! By far, the highest quality tent we ever owned.
This goes up & comes down very easily! Takes us like 5 mins to set up and folds up pretty easily. It is much better insulated than a typical tent. Will keep you warm in cold weather, and reflect some heat in summer.
The XL tent is huge! Much bigger thsn i expected. My 6’2″ son was able to fully stand up & still have plenty of clearance! And is also very large to store & pack. The XL will probably fit a family of 4 with 2 dogs nicely. The tent itself comes with a standard tent floor and canopy. They do sell a couple inch air padded floor for comfort and an additional canopy. Just use a tarp. If you really need a padded floor, just go by a large foam pad or lay a tarp down on the ground under the tent to act as an additional layer of protection. The persimmon color is actually a really nice light orange color. Gives it a nice look.

It is so ridiculously heavy. And also, I think they should do a better job about telling you that the floor and the canopy are not included. Who sells a tent without the floor??? Why would they not combine it?? I returned mine weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund. Definitely a waste of almost $700
