This has a great foot print size. Big enough for two adults and three kids (7,6,3) to sleep in. It packs down very light and goes up in 5mins. It does not have a double door (fly and covered) it has one door half fly half covered which is an issue if you want to have the breeze in but no mosquitoes. The other thing I didn’t consider is how bright it is! So bright !! This can be an issue during long summer days if you want to get kids to sleep. Otherwise incredible for what it is

I love this tent. I’ve owned many dome tents and found them all easy to set up, but this is even easier than normal, and is a breeze even with just one person putting it up. The bag design is very good as well – putting the tent away is very easy and the design is one which is a lot more durable than most. We did squeeze four into this tent – but it was tight to say the least, and two of them were teenagers (aged 13 and 14), but we were camping somewhere cold so being squeezed together wasn’t an issue. It did stay fairly warm (outside was 3 C), but I can’t comment on its ability to stay dry as that wasn’t tested. A very nice hiking tent.

I didn’t know much about this tent but I ordered in anyway based on the favorable Tentcamping.shop reviews and the product description and also the good price. Now that I have it, I really like it! I set it up in my back yard, as you can see from the photos, and it all looks great! The tent has all the features I was looking for, including two large doors, two vestibules, a rain fly that goes all the way to the ground, plenty of room inside, easy setup, etc. It’s also very light weight, although I don’t plan to actually backpack with it. The overall build quality looks very good as well. I can’t speak for its durability since I just got it, but so far I’m very pleased!

We used this tent extensively during our recent roadtrip. Overall, we’re pretty pleased with it. Surprisingly roomy, although more like a 3-person tent than the advertised 4-person. Very easy to setup, and packs into a light and compact bag. Rained one night, and the rain hood kept us completely dry. The one quibble: not a lot of privacy without the rain hood, with the large mesh sides of the tent. Fortunately the rainhood has ventilation slots, so we didn’t feel hot with the hood on. Great tent overall, worth the higher cost.

Siempre acampo en la montaña, en climas fríos: 0 grados centígrados, esta tienda resolvió el problema que tenía con otras a las que se filtraban las corrientes heladas de aire durante la noche, tampoco tuve condensación dentro de ella; me mantuvo con una buena sensación térmica.
No es muy amplia, pero aun así utilicé un catre colocándolo en diagonal, creo que 2 catres no hubieran cabido.

This is the second ALPS Lynx tent I’ve purchased. The first is 5 years old and has been tortured on several motorcycle camping trips without any failures. This one is for my wife and 60lb dog. We all fit in with lots of leftover room. It’s super easy to setup and tear down, zippers and materials all feel great, and it stood up to some pretty heavy gusts during our last outing.
Only complaint is the anchoring pins are a little bit malleable, but let’s be serious, when aren’t they?
