This is a 3 person tent that would actually fit 3 people and you can stand up though a little hunched. Very easy to set up and has nice heavy duty zippers. I believe it lives up to the outfitters name.

I have only been on one campout with this tent. I love the easy way it goes up and down. I like to sleep with a very short cot under my sleeping bag and this tent is great for that. (It says three people but I am a camping prima donna so I treat it like a proper sized one person tent) I like the twin vestibules because I can store stuff on the “back porch” and reach them from inside the tent and not be falling over them on the “front porch”. My only wish was that it could some how be taller without increasing the foot print but the geometry of it does not work out without making the poles and design more complex. So great as it is.

I like the heavier zippers and floor material. It’s very easy to set up and I like the rectangular shape.
There is no wasted space. I wanted this tent for 2 people with the ability to put some gear in the tent.
The tent also has minimal but adequate venting at the top which I wanted for cooler weather.

Nice tent. Decent quality all around and priced fairly on Tent camping. Will fit two average sized adult males with plenty of room between. Would not fit 3 adults comfortably in this tent in my opinion. Alps makes good stuff. I have a few of their backpacks and have no complaints.

Excellent tent. Excellent zippers. Love the two doors. Did not use the rain fly as it was really hot when we used the tent. Great ventilation. Perfect for the two of us plus our dog.

I bought the Taurus 3 Outfitter tent just about a year ago, and one of the poles broke in the middle of the night. Clearly, not very durable, especially considering I have used the tent only a few times. Their warranty does not cover poles, and I had to pay $40 for a new set of poles. Condensation is another issue. The fabric is tarp-like material and does not ventilate very well. The vents are inadequate, and it gets humid inside real quick. I will keep this as a backup, but I’m getting a better-quality replacement from one of the more reputable manufacturers.

Seems a bit cheap compared to my alps mountaineering solo tent. Lots of loose threads around the windows. The vestibules are a joke. No room at all.
