good cheap tent. comes in a good bag with cinche straps but i wish the tent itself had cinche straps instead of just a piece of fabric to tie up when you roll it up. Easy to set up and take down with a decent amount of space for one adult and a bit of gear. would be very tight with two adults unless you are on the smaller size. i would suggest getting new tent stakes as this comes with standard wire sheppard hook stlye stakes that bend easy.

This is better than I was expecting. First of all, it is well designed. I love that the poles click together flush and smooth so your hooks glide up and down the length of the pole and you don’t have to stress clipping it onto the correct sections as you go. I also like that there are no sleeves you have to run poles through – only clips. To my surprise, I also like that the base tent has a fully mesh roof and that the fly provides that solid coverage. It lets you see the stars and not overheat. It is big enough to fit me (5’6″) and my husband (6′) together comfortably. It’s not the lightest tent on the market, but it fairly light and is also much more affordable than many tents on the market. The color is nice and I really just don’t have any complaints.

This seems to be a version of the same company’s other tent, which just has a smaller rain cover on top (this one covers the whole thing). That tent has good reviews, so I ordered this one based on that. It’s amazingly small when rolled up in its bag and looks just like the listing when put together. It all goes together nicely, seams are straight and clean, and they seem to be well-sealed. I once spent almost 2 months in a little tent that wasn’t this nice and stayed dry the whole time – it really comes down to those two things (aside from basic design) – stitching and sealing – and you won’t know for sure about those until you’ve put it up and taken it down a couple of dozen times. So far, all signs are good.
