Sometimes I am traveling and I want to save some money and just stop off at a campground for a night. But if I have too much “stuff” in my car, I can’t “car camp” without unloading everything so I can sleep. But this is small enough that I can just throw it in my car and have a small sleeping area for the night without disturbing car contents. at a weight of 9 pounds, it’s probably too heavy to take backpacking. And I probably would not use this on multi-day trips because there would be no room for my gear. But it’s nice for what I want it for.

They lie to you, “easy to setup in 10 minutes”. Yeah if you spend your life camping it might be.
Expect to search the internet for instructions, which is always fun.

I think they set me one right pole, and one wrong pole. So thats great. But it’s hard to no for sure because THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS.
