14×10 is a palace compared to what I’m used to. Two doors are a nice feature. Zippers work well, and water-resistance was good during a moderate rain. The room separator is a gimmick, and they could have added that fabric elsewhere IMHO. Stay away from a windy location for setup, however. This unit can bend, and buckle, under strong gusts, even when fully tethered.

Update:
Should have updated this earlier…. I used the tent for 2 weeks, literally away all day and only using it to sleep in at night, and the zipper at the base of the door tore. Also, even though I built my text over a tarp footprint, the floor somehow ended up getting scraped/holes. And be sure to stake this tent fully. When the wind blows, this tent will puff up, and the walls flap around.
Took some pictures but can’t seem to find them… will add them when I do, or will set up the tent again to show the damages.
Original review:
Set the tent up in my yard to check it out; was easy to set up by myself (instructions are on the storage bag). Very roomy with good head room. It’ll be my home away from home during wildfire season as a REMS medic. Was also easy to take down and store back in its bag. If anything changes I’ll update my review.
