Small package but quality tent. I wanted to like the smaller bivy tent, but as soon as it rains getting into and out of tent is a nightmare. This is the alternative. You have the abilily to move not like a bivy. I always like Eureka because they make a quality product.
It is free standing, but if you have the right stakes that is not a problem. You can easily move the whole tent around to find the right place. I have a beautiful North Face 2 person tent for car and motorcycle camping. But for my bicycle this is the tent to buy.
