I love how lightweight and portable it is. It’s just the right thing for when I go hiking. I am able to easily fit comfortably inside with all of my gear. I can even take one of my buddies out hiking with me and we can both fit just fine. This tent is barley affected by the high winds when compared to other tents and doesn’t shake nearly as much. It is very well designed and very durable, it will last you as long as you need it. Absolutely great quality for the price!

I and my wife started backpacking about 7 months ago on the weekends. We were struggling to find something lightweight that could fit both of us comfortably. We bought the Mountain Creations Palisade about 2 months ago and it was the perfect fit. Its super quick to put up, is a cozy amount of space for the 2 of us and our backpacks at our feet or at our heads (Even though it says 1 Person in its description), and it comes with a rain fly that covers the entire tent very nicely. It rained on us last week which is what prompted us to write this review. We always put up a rain fly with any tent we’ve used and most of them don’t stop water to some extent even if we have proper tent placement, but with this one we had NO ISSUES with water which I found impressive and it saved me and my wife a few hours of sleep. On top of that it was fairly windy the next morning and we didn’t get any of it until we got out. The only thing I might say is that it has a low ceiling at the feet, but its not so much that any part of your body is touching it and we actually fixed it by tying the rope it comes with, with the rods at the head end to the stake at the head end to pull out some of the slack and we fixed that issue very easily. All in all, I am very happy with this brand and the product.
