This is a small tent, useful for one person or two cozy people. The vestibule is a nice space for gear. It sets up pretty easy and works well.

As a larger backpacker and camper (6’1″, 300lbs) this is definitely a single person tent. That being said it’s wide enough and long enough for me to sleep in comfortably. Setup takes about 5-10 minutes for me and that includes laying out the tent, poles, etc.
I used this on a backpacking trip where we camped on a mesa with fairly strong winds. It withstood the wind force and I slept well inside.
Overall based on the time-tested design, weight, and quality I’d recommend it so far. I’ll update this review though if I have any issues with it.

I bought this tent new, but it came having clearly been used before. The bottom of the tent had dirt caked on it like it had been setup outside. The bag with the poles came with a small hole in it too. Granted, I know it is going to get dirty and worn once I start using it. But still, it is misguiding buyers to sell them used tents and label them as new.

For me this is a 5-star tent given all that you get in this very small 2 person tent that’s really better for 1 person. I’m not saying it’s the best tent I’ve ever had or anything like that, but this is a well made tent in my current lineup for specific trips.
I don’t see any one tent as perfect in all situations and like this one a lot: easy setup and very air without the fly. Very airy!

This tent is a little lighter than another I bought (Meteor 2) from the same manufacturer. I haven’t used it in the field but can see that it does not have a lot of strength on top. Two poles support the tent in a tube like manner.
