Fits very well on a dodge caravan, in order to have a more finished appearance Definitely use the guy lines included in the kit.
The canopy is a little larger than I expected and seems very durable.
My pictures are of my first set up. Which took exactly 5 minutes from opening the bag to taking pictures. This was a test run and I was Just making sure it fits. It is a bit too cold to use currently being about 30° overnight where I’m camping, but I’m looking forward to having the additional space and increased airflow when the warmer weather arrives.

This is a nice, light weight tent. It was very easy to set up bymyself. It did not come with poles, for the canopy. I had a table, with things stacked up, that I pushed out, to help creat more headspace under the canopy. It was very nice to have the cover for the hatch. I was able to sleep in the back of my car, and get good air flow through the open tailgate, but no bugs.

I was looking for a tailgate/ boot tent for my Polo Trendline car. After a very long search, I came across this one, and not expecting much for the price, I ordered, as it would serve the purpose of overnight car camping trips 100%. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality and workmanship! The fabric is different to the normal thin fabric, and there are enough decent straps with carabiners to secure the tent to the car. The size of the tent is actually way too big for my car’s boot lid, as it is designed for larger vehicles with decent sized lids, but I will just use it with two tent poles to extend it. Can’t wait for my 1st trip and will send another review with pics while camping. Highly recommend this tent!

I unpacked it in an empty bedroom so I could spread it out. I took several minutes to figure out what was the inside or outside, but kinda fun when I figured it out. Installing it on my Toyota 4-Runner was conceptually easy, but I had to use a step ladder to be able to reach to attach tent to the roof rack of my car (I’m 5’5′ tall). I installed it at a friend’s ranch, to do a “dry run” before “real” camping. I used the multiple configurations (full canopy mode and closed-up mode). I did have to purchase poles separately to do the canopy configuration. I did a “test night-out” with my dog in the closed-up mode. It got down to 25 degs F, but I was cozy in my sleeping bag with my dog next to me. Can’t wait to use it “for real”! GREAT PRODUCT!
