Needed a small tent for a biking trip. This was perfect! Small enough to strap to my bike and kept me sheltered during a thunderstorm on a campsite. Note. The guidelines do not come with additional pegs.

Not an avid outdoors-woman, but needed a small tent so I could camp on the Dry Tortugas. ( Unless you show up with your own yacht, it’s the only way to stay overnight there.) The tent was lightweight, small when folded ( fit into my carry on), easy to set up and held up well and stayed dry when a sudden storm blew through ( I did use special sand stakes to anchor it.) It is really just for sleeping, not very roomy, but I loved it and its bright orange color.

I took this tent backwoods camping as it’s small and compact.
The set up is not bad, it’s a bit tricky getting the poles into the bottom grommets and I could see the poles breaking after a few uses.
The first night the weather was nice and I had no issues in the tent, I’m not very tall but I basically slept wall to wall and with a bit of space beside me for my backpack.
The second night it started raining and the tent instantly got wet, the front flap also doesn’t go all the way down so it seemed like the rain rolled down the front flaps and went inside. The rain also seems to seep through the entire fabric so if you accidentally touch it rain is going everywhere.
I contemplated buying a tarp to go over the tent if I use it again but I think I’d rather just buy a tent that’s fully waterproof so that it’s all in 1.

This tent is perfect if you are looking for something that is affordable, lightweight and extremely easy to assemble. It is stored in a small carrying bag and goes together very quickly with minimal effort. I also like that it includes a roof vent that can be easily removed to help the tent cool down in direct sunlight. Another nice feature is the small loop at the high point of the roof to hang a light.

Pretty decent and lightweight tent for the cost. Hammocks are very situational and a bit of a pain for me so I wanted a small tent. The setup was pretty quick but probably optimal with 2 people. Packed up, the tent is very small and I was able to attach it to the bottom of my pack. It didn’t ship with have any damage but the material is pretty lightweight so I can see how it could get damaged easily with lots of use. At about 6ft I was concerned I’d have to sleep diagonally but it fit my height pretty well and my sleeping bag, as well as a bit of side space for my pack and gear. Screen door closes completely but outer door does not seal at bottom.
Being a first time tent buyer I had assumed all tents were rainproof, especially seeing it built being pretty much seamless. Had a rude awakening though at about midnight when I felt the bottom of my sleeping bag soaked. I don’t know if the material is porous but it was like the whole tent was having a constant cold sweat in the rain. The tent performs pretty well outside of these conditions but if there’s a chance of rain definitely set up a tarp above or have a backup plan.

I like that it’s not taking a lot of space in my car and it’s a lightweight, easy to assemble even only one person. What I’m not happy about is that it gets moisture inside specially on the sidings and I think it’s very common in almost all of the tents.
